Nice storage facility, however the sweet lady that runs the grounds is an absolute dream to work with! Amazing costumer service!
Nice clean facility. It would be nice if the security were a little more intense, but since the Manger is a live-on-site, it'll do just fine.
This self-storage facility has a family that lives on-site, so you know there is a constant presence to keep an eye on the units, which is of course nice. I secured a clean 10x20' unit. MSS agreed to hold the monthly rate I was quoted for one year. The on-site manager, Crystal, is a very nice person.
The dog is soo nice
They replaced the weather stripping on my unit simply because THEY noticed it should be done, not I.
So, yeah, I'll stick around for a year or two...
