Just a lovely place came here for the first time for our anniversary get away and we were completely satisfied. Room was very nice we had front view of the lake and side view of the falls. We will definitely come back!

What a nice place. We recently stayed with them. While we had some issues with the fireplace. We told them afterward that we were disappointed. They ended up giving us a break on the room. VERY gracious. Excellent to work with. I'll be back soon!
Worry re the lovely old oriental rugs in the lobby, a tripping hazard as they flip up easily. I tripped but recovered my balance.
A good hotel with restaurants and shops on site, clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful town on the lake. Giuseppe's restaurant is one of our favorite Italian places of all time, a fun time with live music.
Lovely place to stay. Staff Very helpful and considerate, responding to requests immediately. Rooms quaint, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Food at the various restaurants excellent. My favorite is the Waterfall Cafe. So homey, great coffee!
