Worst experience with a soft cloth car wash EVER. My girlfriend's truck came out COVERED in scratches. When management was contacted they first said they would file insurance claim to get scratches buffed out, then quickly turned to blaming her for the condition of the truck, all but saying that she did this to her brand new truck herself and that they weren't responsible. I refuse to go to a carwash owned by this company ever again and will recommend more reputable companies in the area when asked by others.
