Looking for new bike last weekend. Rudest sales person ever. Asked for a price on a bike. The sales women wanted to know if I was going to wasting her time. What..... her attitude sucked. Spoke to manager he didnt seem to care. Sorry you lost out on your commission. But new bike at Rochester Harley much better.,treated with respect. You need to retrain your sales staff.
Late Saturday afternoon after some negotiation and informing Laconia HD that our trade was listed with pictures and description on the internet for them to see. We came to a agreed price.Left a substantial deposit and signed papers and agreed to deliver our bike Monday with remaining balance. After loading the bike in trailer and driving 2 hours LHD said bike was not what they thought it was. they said it was not a limited which was never expressed. WHAT a way to do BUISNESS!!! We drove the bike back home another 2 hours. NO DEAL! Would NOT recommend doing buisness with Laconia Harley Davidson!
Bought my first Harley last Friday. Ed was our salesmen, I explained how long it had been since I owned a bike and what I was looking for and the price range I needed to stay in. Ed was very helpful and put me on the bike that was well within my budget and a perfect fit for me. When introduced to the different departments they we all helpful and very nice. Would recommend this dealership
Friendly, helpful salesmen. Let me stroll for a while before coming over and talking to me about new features and encouraging me to try one on for fit.
Getting a rear tire put on my 2005 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Had to over two hours for them to get it changed. Was told that they are swamped due to bike week. They gave me a 15% discount because of my patients. Hey why get upset. I understand it is bike week and the guys here are right out Straight. I am just glad to have been able to get it on today. It was almost bald. I should have noticed it sooner.
